Bilt Hamber Dynax-UC
A high-performance anti-corrosion wax that creates a strong, almost transparent protective shield with a low film thickness. This special wax film is rich in unique multi-metal corrosion inhibitors that actively stop existing corrosion and reliably prevent new corrosion. It is an ideal solution for areas where dark protective coatings would be aesthetically intrusive.
This protective wax can be safely applied to bare metal and painted surfaces wherever discreet but highly effective protection is required. It is completely safe for the vast majority of paints and coatings, making it a perfect choice for protecting lower bodywork, underbodies, floors, sills, jacking points, suspension parts, wheel arches, or chrome and aluminum parts. It is suitable not only for cars but also for motorcycles, boats, mowers, machinery and other tools.
The dry and hard wax film also provides reliable mechanical protection to the treated surface. After full curing, which takes approximately 24 to 96 hours, the coating reaches a hardness comparable to candle wax. This makes it highly resistant to the adhesion of road dirt and dust compared to common soft protective waxes, while the vehicle can be used as early as 30 minutes after application if needed.
The aerosol is equipped with a special valve that allows spraying at any angle, even upside down. The pack also includes an extended application tube 145 mm long for easy access to hard-to-reach areas and cavities. After the winter season, the protective film can be easily removed if required with alkaline degreasers or solvents, or it can be left in place for long-term year-round protection.

How to use
- The surface to be treated should ideally be completely clean and free of grease before application.
- We recommend thoroughly washing underbody parts with high-pressure water, ideally using the degreaser Surfex HD, then rinsing with clean water and allowing to dry.
- For best results, wipe the surface before application with light petroleum or a similar solvent.
- Apply in several light coats, building film thickness gradually rather than one heavy spray.
- At a dry film thickness of around 50 microns the protective layer remains practically transparent.
- The vehicle can be used 30 minutes after application if necessary, but full curing occurs after 24 to 96 hours.
- The protective film can be removed after winter with a suitable degreaser such as a warm solution of Surfex HD, or wiped off with a solvent.
