Zapco HB 810 II 8AD Amplifier with DSP Processor
The Zapco HB 810 II 8AD is an 8-channel amplifier with an integrated 10-channel DSP processor, representing an exceptionally interesting and technically refined solution for demanding audio installations. The unique combination of amplifier classes—four channels operating in class AB and four channels in class D—allows optimal distribution of power and sonic character according to the specific application. The integrated 10-channel DSP processor offers a 31-band equalizer, fully configurable crossovers, time alignment, level control, polarity and advanced signal routing. This enables the system to be precisely tailored to the specific vehicle and listener requirements. The amplifier features an 8-channel high-level input for easy integration into factory OEM systems, supplemented by RCA inputs and full-featured RCA outputs for further system expansion.
Equipment includes a Bluetooth 5.1 module for wireless music streaming and a brand-new mobile app that allows complete DSP configuration directly from a smartphone. The built-in music player also permits playback from USB devices, including lossless formats, making the HB 810 II 8AD a full-fledged central audio solution without the need for an external source. Compatibility with PC software and the option to connect a selectable remote control for convenient adjustment of volume, subwoofer, presets and input sources directly from the dashboard are standard. The Zapco HB 810 II 8AD is an ideal choice for advanced OEM upgrades as well as comprehensive audio systems where emphasis is placed on sound quality, power, flexibility and maximum control over the final performance.
Harmony Blue Note Series
The Italian brand Harmony originated in the 1980s alongside the first development of home loudspeakers from the high-end manufacturer ESB. In the 1990s it focused on car audio and introduced a broad range of products that combined precise sound with more accessible pricing. Zapco now revives that same philosophy under the Harmony Blue Note line— a new range of DSP processors and amplifiers that combine excellent engineering, superior sound quality and simple operation. The name Blue Note refers to the era of jazz recordings between 1930 and 1950, which produced music of exceptional depth and emotion. With this name Zapco pays homage to music that has soul and brings that philosophy into the modern world of car audio. The Harmony Blue Note series includes not only pure DSP units like the HB 68 II, but also DSP-equipped amplifiers and standalone powerful amplifiers. All models share Bluetooth streaming, intuitive control, wide connectivity and maximum user friendliness.
Control software for PC
Zapco has developed new PC control software that provides a complete set of professional DSP tools. The user interface offers clearly organized sections for equalization, crossovers, routing and time alignment. In the I/O Matrix section it is possible to precisely define which inputs are used for each output and at what ratio. Filters allow fine-tuning of high-quality crossovers with selectable type and slope for each channel. The 31-band graphic or parametric equalizer permits precise adjustment of the frequency response, including frequency, gain and Q factor. In the output channels section you can configure speaker assignments, delay, levels and polarity to achieve perfect phase coherence across the system. The program allows saving and loading presets, channel linking and configuration locking, and provides a clear environment suitable for professional technicians as well as advanced users.
Mobile app and built-in player
Every model in the Harmony Blue Note series has an integrated Bluetooth module that enables full control via smartphone. The newly developed app offers all the functions known from the PC version—from input and output configuration through crossovers and equalization to delay and individual channel levels. The app is designed to provide intuitive control even on smaller screens without limiting functionality. Users can tune the system, change presets or switch signal sources directly from their mobile device, which is ideal for final sound tuning in the car. The system also includes a music player that supports playback from USB devices. All common and lossless formats are supported—MP2, MP3, MP4, WMA, APE, FLAC, AAC, M4A, WAV, AIF and AIFC. Control is available from both the app and an optional remote control that offers track switching, volume, presets and source selection.

Harmony Blue Note model range
The Italian brand Harmony was born in the 1980s together with the first home loudspeakers from the Italian hi-end manufacturer ESB Audio. Production of car speakers began in the 1990s with a wide range of products that combined high sound quality with significantly lower prices than ESB Audio products. The main mission of the Harmony brand has been to deliver a high standard of sound quality with faithful reproduction of the entire audio spectrum, premium workmanship and all at a more accessible price. The same applies in 2023, when Zapco decided to create a new Harmony product line. And why Blue Note? With this term Zapco recalls the Blue Note jazz era from 1930 to 1950. It is a way to link the product name to important moments in modern music history. Harmony now returns to the market with a wide range of DSP amplifiers, which will be expanded in the future with more products aimed at offering a complete lineup of audio devices to satisfy the needs of all music enthusiasts.
