ADBL Roller Hard Cut DA 50
ADBL Roller Hard Cut DA 50 is a highly effective solution for paint correction and removal of deep scratches. This hard cutting foam pad is specifically designed for use with orbital Dual Action polishers, where it provides maximum material removal. With precise workmanship and premium foam, you’ll achieve professional results when restoring damaged bodywork paint.
When removing pronounced defects such as deep gouges, heavy oxidation or sanding marks, it’s crucial to use a pad with high abrasive capability. This hard pad efficiently transfers the polisher’s force to the paint surface and ensures fast correction even on very hard paints. The specially developed foam structure works safely with all types of coarse cutting compounds and guarantees their optimal performance.
The thoughtful pad design emphasizes safety and efficiency. The slightly conical edge shape facilitates access into creases and reduces the risk of accidentally damaging surrounding parts with the backing plate edge. The larger hook-and-loop diameter compared to the backing plate significantly speeds up centering, mounting and removal during polishing.
With a working diameter of 70 mm, this pad is an ideal choice for local paint repairs, polishing pillars, bumpers and other hard-to-reach areas. For best results and maximum stability we recommend combining the pad with a 50 mm backing plate. This gives you precise control over the polished surface and enables you to achieve the desired result without damaging surrounding areas.

- If the pad becomes too hot, stop work and allow it to cool completely.
- Regularly clean the pad of clogged polishing compound during work to maintain its effectiveness.
- For dry cleaning use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, running the polisher at low speed idle and carefully removing residue with the brush.
- Alternatively, use compressed air from a compressor to blow compound residues out of the pad with the polisher running.
- After finishing work, thoroughly wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a microfiber detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- For hand washing we recommend using the special cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- After washing, do not tumble dry the pad; let it air-dry on a drying towel with the working side facing down.
