Vibro-acoustic materials represent the most advanced solution in vehicle soundproofing. They are applied in a single layer only — thus using a combination of anti-vibration properties and acoustic insulation, often in the form of multi-stage sandwich structures. Thanks to modern technologies and a multi-layer composition (including acoustic membranes), they can significantly reduce interior noise, prevent body vibrations and resonances, and at the same time increase chassis stiffness.
