Gladen presents the unique Generic concept, aimed at creating an optimized speaker system for specific car models from universal components. This series incorporates all the accumulated experience of Gladen engineers to produce high-quality products that significantly outperform standard plug & play solutions. Achieving this is possible only through extensive development, rich experience, and the use of the highest quality materials. Key features of the Generic components include a sturdy aluminum basket, ensuring extremely low vibrations and resonances. The newly developed cone of midrange and midbass speakers, made from special mineral paper, provides exceptionally accurate, open, and dynamic sound, complemented by a high-quality silk tweeter. The new Generic concept offers a wide range of installation accessories in the form of adapters for specific vehicle models, which can either be purchased or printed by yourself using a 3D printer.

When buying a subwoofer, it is very important that everyone make sure that the impedance matches the amplifier that you are connecting to it. For subwoofers with a double voice coil, we recommend following the information in the advice center! Example: A 2 Ohm subwoofer cannot be connected to an amplifier that is only stable up to 4 Ohms.
