Steering Wheel Button Control Adapter for Ford ACV SWC 42XFO004-0

Retain the original steering wheel radio control functions when replacing the factory radio with an aftermarket unit. Depending on the vehicle equipment, range of functions and the software of the newly installed radio, some functions may be limited or replaced by others. Compare the displayed wiring harness connectors with the connectors in your vehicle and make sure they match both technically and visually. Check whether one of the listed OEM head units was originally installed. Verify vehicle functionality, system settings and correct steering wheel control operation before final installation.

Intended for vehicles

  • Ford Fiesta [JA8] (10/2008 -> 06/2010) - vehicles with an OK button on the steering wheel and a red OEM display. Vehicles with only the M button and no OK button are not compatible. Vehicles with a small display and two adjustment buttons on the right do not support date setting.

Important additional information

  • Intended for vehicles with the Visteon OEM head unit, with an OK button on the steering wheel and a red OEM display.
  • Vehicles with only the M button and no OK button are not compatible.
  • A brand-specific radio connection cable must be ordered to fully activate the adapter.
