Bilt Hamber Injection Lance is a special extension hose designed for precise application of anti-corrosion products into hard-to-reach areas. When protecting a vehicle from corrosion it is crucial to get the preservative into the smallest and least accessible creases. Standard aerosol sprays have limited reach and cannot evenly cover internal cavity surfaces such as doors, pillars or chassis beams. This applicator hose effectively solves that problem and ensures the protective wax reaches exactly where it is most needed.

The hose is 60 centimetres long with a diameter of just 5 millimetres, allowing easy threading even through very narrow openings. At its end there is a special injection tube that sprays the product in a full 360-degree range. This ensures even coverage of all internal walls of the treated cavity without unnecessary material waste.

How to use

• Carefully press the standard spray nozzle on the aerosol between thumb and forefinger and pull it up.
• Place a clean cloth over the aerosol valve to prevent any product from escaping onto skin or the floor.
• Fit the applicator hose onto the valve and gently push it down until it clicks into place.
• Insert the hose deep into the cavity access hole and only then begin applying the product.
• While spraying, slowly and steadily withdraw the hose from the cavity.
• Stop spraying before the nozzle is fully withdrawn from the opening to avoid contamination of the surroundings.
• After finishing, we recommend flushing and cleaning the hose of residual wax before storage.
• Never point the nozzle at your face!
