A highly effective hard polishing pad specially designed for rotary polishers is an ideal choice for removing deep scratches and pronounced paint defects. Thanks to precise workmanship and premium foam it ensures maximum abrasive performance with a high degree of safety during use. It is compatible with all types of abrasive compounds and helps achieve a perfect result in less time.
This polishing pad stands out with its unique conical shape, which ensures optimal pressure distribution and maximum polishing efficiency. The specially designed side construction minimizes the risk of paint damage on edges and in hard-to-reach areas, significantly increasing the safety of the whole operation. With a working surface diameter of 150 mm and a recommended backing plate of 125 mm, it provides the ideal balance between material removal speed and precise control of the polisher.
One of the main advantages is the cleverly designed hook-and-loop area, which is intentionally larger than the diameter of the backing plate. This solution allows extremely quick, precise and convenient mounting and removal of the pad from the backing plate, saving valuable time during work. The premium foam used retains its properties even under prolonged load and effectively transfers the power of a rotary polisher to the treated surface.
The pad is an ideal solution for paint correction that requires an aggressive approach to damaged layers without compromising safety. It easily handles sanding marks, deep grooves and heavy oxidation while minimizing heat generation when used correctly. The result is a perfectly prepared surface for subsequent fine polishing and final paint protection.

How to use
- During polishing, regularly monitor the pad temperature, as excessive overheating significantly shortens the life of the foam and adhesive. If the pad becomes too hot, allow it to cool down for a while.
- Frequently clean the pad during work so it does not become clogged with dried compound, which would reduce polishing effectiveness.
- For dry cleaning you can use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue. Set the polisher to low speed and carefully brush the compound off the pad while running idle.
- If you have an air compressor available, blow the clogged compound out of the rotating pad using compressed air with the polisher switched on.
- After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special detergent for microfiber, such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- For hand washing without a machine use a specialized pad cleaner: ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- After washing, do not use a tumble dryer; let the pads air dry placed on a drying towel with the working side down.
- Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a closed plastic box.
