Thanks to its considered shape and high-quality materials, it offers an optimal balance between high cutting performance and safety during work.

This polishing pad is made from top-quality foam with an open-cell structure, which guarantees excellent mechanical resistance and long life even under demanding use. The unique rounded edge shape minimizes the risk of paint damage in hard-to-reach areas and ensures even pressure across the entire working surface. The pad is an ideal choice for the first step of multi-stage paint correction where maximum material removal is required.

One of the key advantages of this pad is the Velcro construction solution. The Velcro diameter is intentionally larger than the recommended backing plate diameter, which greatly facilitates and speeds up centering, mounting, and subsequent removal of the pad from the polisher. This minimizes the risk of damaging the pad edges during handling and increases overall comfort during work.

The pad effectively dissipates heat generated during friction, protecting both the foam from degradation and the polished surface from overheating. It is designed to retain its properties even during longer polishing cycles. For best results and maximum safety it is recommended to use a backing plate with a diameter of 75 mm, while the pad's working surface diameter is 100 mm.

How to care for polishing pads

• Proper care of polishing pads is essential for their long life and maintaining optimal polishing capabilities.
• During work, monitor pad temperature because overheating during prolonged abrasion significantly shortens its lifespan.
• If the pad becomes too hot, let it cool down for a while before further use to avoid damage to the foam or adhesive.
• The pad needs regular cleaning even during polishing, otherwise it will become clogged with compound and lose effectiveness.
• To clean a clogged pad you can use a medium-stiff brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue.
• When cleaning with a brush, set the polisher to low speed and run it idle while gently removing old compound with the brush.
• If you have an air compressor, you can simply blow out the pad while the polisher is rotating using compressed air.
• After finishing work it is important to wash the pad thoroughly, ideally in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• For hand washing we recommend using the special pad cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
• After washing, do not put pads in the dryer; let them air dry placed with the polishing side down on a drying towel.
• Store dry pads in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a sealable plastic container.
