When machine polishing the bodywork, the correct choice of pad is the key to success. This polishing pad is developed to work effectively with all types of abrasive compounds and allows quick removal of paint defects. The unique shape with a diamond edge profile ensures not only maximum polishing efficiency but also increases safety in hard-to-reach areas and reduces the risk of unwanted damage to surrounding parts.

The pad's construction focuses on maximum comfort during work and time savings. The diameter of the hook-and-loop fastening is intentionally larger than the recommended diameter of the polisher's backing plate, which allows very quick, precise and easy centering and subsequent removal of the pad. The stable foam structure minimizes vibrations transmitted to the polisher, which significantly reduces hand fatigue during long work sessions.

The high-quality foam used is highly resistant to wear and minimizes pad contamination by polishing compounds. The pad retains its optimal properties even after repeated use if given proper care. How to use

• Regular care of polishing pads is essential to maintain their long life and optimal polishing properties.
• During polishing monitor the pad temperature, as excessive overheating significantly shortens the life of the foam and adhesive. If the pad becomes too hot, let it cool before further use.
• The pad must be cleaned regularly during work to prevent it from being clogged with dried polishing compound and reducing polishing effectiveness.
• To clean a clogged compound you can use a medium-stiff brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, gently brushing out the residue from the pad at low polisher speed.
• If you have access to compressed air from a compressor, you can simply blow out the pad while the polisher is running.
• After finishing polishing we recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special detergent for microfibers, such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
• After washing do not put the pad in a tumble dryer; let it air dry naturally laid on a drying towel with the working side facing down.
• For hand washing we recommend using the specialized pad cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a sealable plastic box.
