Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany in the heart of South Moravia. They have extensive experience producing rubber and textile car mats, rubber trunk liners and other products. When manufacturing mats and rubber liners—produced to their own patterns and design—they carry out strict final inspections of every item. Rigum holds a patented fastening system that keeps the mat securely in place. The underside of the rubber mat has a non-slip layer, so the mat does not shift. Rubber mats perfectly protect the vehicle’s original floor from water, snow, sand, salt and other dirt, not only in winter. The mats are made precisely to fit a specific vehicle model. Rigum mats are produced from elastic rubber. A major advantage is the 1.5 cm high edge that prevents dirt from reaching the floor and stops liquids from spilling off the mat. If the original car mats have mounting clips, Rigum mats include them as well.

Cleaning and maintenance of Rigum rubber car mats

• First, vacuum the mats thoroughly. (Either in the car or outside.)
• Alternatively, shake the dirt out of the mats outside in an appropriate place.
• Vacuum the vehicle’s floor itself after removing the mats.
• Place the mats outside on a clean surface or hang them up to dry.
• It is advisable to keep the underside of the mat clean.
• Spray a general-purpose cleaner evenly onto all mats and let it work for 1–2 minutes.
• If the mats are heavily soiled, use a brush to scrub stubborn dirt.
• Ideally, rinse the dirt off with a pressure washer and allow the mats to dry naturally.
• If a pressure washer is not available, use a long-pile microfiber cloth to wipe away the cleaner.
• Once clean and dry, return the rubber mats to the vehicle.
