Unlike traditional Grit Guard grids that sit on the bottom of the bucket, the angled Mitt Scrub Grit Guard allows you to scrub a wash mitt or sponge directly against the side of the grid to remove dirt and coarse debris. This keeps the wash mitt as clean as possible when it contacts the vehicle's surface. Around 90% of scratches and holograms related to washing occur during the contact wash process, when debris becomes trapped between the surface and the mitt and damages the paint. The Carbon Collective Mitt Scrub Grit Guard creates a washable inner panel inside the bucket, allowing you to clean your mitt or sponge between panels before returning it to the wash process, dramatically reducing the formation of holograms and scratches.

How to use
