Reduction frame for installation of a 2DIN aftermarket head unit for vehicles:

BMW 3 [E46] Limousine (March 1998 -> February 2005)
BMW 3 [E46] Coupe (April 1999 -> June 2006)
BMW 3 [E46] Touring (October 1999 -> June 2005)
BMW 3 [E46] Cabrio (March 2000 -> February 2007)
BMW 3 [E46] Compact (June 2001 -> December 2004)

- Frame color: black.
- Opening dimensions for the head unit: 188 x 110 mm (W x H).
- A plastic spacer frame is required for the installation of a 2DIN head unit!
- Attention: Installation requires modifications to the vehicle interior!
- Opening dimensions correspond to the front panel dimensions of branded 2DIN head units (Kenwood, Alpine, Sony, Clarion, JVC, Pioneer).
- Please note that non-branded head units may not fit into the frame!
- High-quality workmanship from German manufacturer ACV.
- On vehicles with an OEM 1DIN head unit, the climate controls must be relocated to the storage compartment (below). Space behind the 2DIN head unit must be cut out for installation.
