ADBL Roller Pad One Step R
The one-step foam polishing pad specially designed for rotary polishers. This pad works effectively with all types of abrasive and polishing compounds, making it a versatile helper for paint correction. Thanks to precise manufacturing and quality foam you will achieve excellent results when removing medium defects and final polishing in a single step.
This polishing pad is made from high-quality open-cell foam that provides optimal firmness and excellent resistance to mechanical wear. The special construction is optimized for rotary polishers, helping to distribute pressure evenly and minimize excessive heat generation during polishing. The result is stable cutting performance throughout the job.
The unique conical shape with a wider working surface provides maximum safety when working near edges and in hard-to-reach areas. The hook-and-loop backing diameter of 75 mm enables precise centering on the backing plate, while the 100 mm working surface overhang protects the paint from unwanted contact with the backing plate edge. This design also contributes to better polisher control.
The pad is an ideal choice for so-called one-step polishing, where in combination with a suitable compound it can effectively remove scratches while leaving a high-gloss, hologram-free finish. Thanks to its versatility it saves time and costs by eliminating the need to switch between multiple pad types during a typical paint correction.

How to care for polishing pads
- Monitor pad temperature during work, as excessive overheating during prolonged polishing greatly shortens its life.
- If the pad becomes too hot, let it cool for a while before polishing again to prevent damage to the foam and adhesive.
- Regularly clean the pad during polishing, because clogged foam reduces work efficiency.
- To remove compound from the pad you can use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
- If you have a compressor, you can blow accumulated compound out of the rotating pad with compressed air.
- After finishing work we recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent, such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- For hand washing without a machine you can use the specialized cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- After washing the pad do not dry it in a tumble dryer; let it air-dry naturally on a drying towel with the working side facing down.
- Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable plastic box.
