ADBL Roller One Step R
The one-step foam polishing pad specially designed for rotary polishers enables efficient paint correction in a single step. Thanks to the optimally designed foam structure, it works excellently with all types of polishing compounds and ensures a high level of abrasive performance. The conical shape and increased working surface diameter improve safety during work and minimize the risk of damaging the paint with the edge of the backing plate.
This polishing pad is an ideal choice for effective one-step polishing, removing minor scratches while achieving a high gloss. The special open-cell polyurethane foam structure provides optimal heat dissipation, which is key to maintaining consistent properties of both the polishing compound and the pad during use. Quality materials ensure long life and high resistance to wear.
The unique conical profile of the pad provides stability and precision when guiding a rotary polisher. The underside with hook-and-loop has a larger diameter than the recommended backing plate, which significantly simplifies and speeds up centering and pad changes on the machine. This construction detail also protects the painted surface from unwanted contact with the edge of the backing plate.
The pad is compatible with all types of abrasive and polishing compounds, making it a universal helper for paint correction. Instructions for use
- Proper care of polishing pads is essential for their long life and retention of polishing properties.
- Monitor pad temperature during polishing, because overheating significantly shortens its life and damages the foam and adhesive.
- If the pad becomes too hot, let it cool before further use.
- Regularly clean the pad during work to avoid clogging with dried polishing compound.
- For dry cleaning use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
- If you have a compressor, you can blow the compound out of the pad with compressed air.
- After finishing work we recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- For hand washing without a machine you can use the specialized cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- After washing do not dry the pads in a tumble dryer; let them air-dry lying with the polishing side down on a drying towel.
- Store pads in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable plastic container.
