Musway ME462 are 2-way coaxial speakers in the 4 x 6" size from the ME series, which represents the entry into the Musway world. Even as the basic line they retain the brand’s typical character – detailed, balanced and natural sound with a linear frequency response and a refined presentation that doesn’t fatigue even during extended listening. The silk tweeter used in the coaxial models also contributes to this, offering an above-standard solution in this price category. The ME series comprises twelve component and coaxial speaker models for easy integration into a wide range of cars.
The mid-bass driver uses a polypropylene cone with a rubber surround, a 25 mm voice coil and a stamped steel basket. The relatively light moving mass combined with a balanced magnetic circuit helps provide quick response and a musical character without technical hardness. The combination of sensitivity and 3 Ω impedance allows very good utilization of power from a standard car radio, while the speakers respond to a quality amplifier with even better bass control and more precise detail retrieval. The high-frequency range is handled by an integrated 20 mm silk dome with a neodymium magnet, which excels with a smooth, refined and spatially clear presentation.

About the brand
MUSWAY is an abbreviation of the motto "Music is the Way". | Speaker typeCoaxial speakers: Coaxial speakers are characterized by a so-called all-in-one design. The tweeter and mid-bass speaker are in one basket.
