Meguiar’s Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant is a specialized product designed for a vehicle's windshield, side and rear glass that creates an extremely water-repellent protective layer — the so-called "liquid wipers" effect. On the glass surface, water does not spread but forms beads that run off on their own while driving. This significantly improves visibility in rainy weather and increases driving safety. The product also makes regular glass maintenance easier — dirt and moisture adhere less and are easier to remove. Application is quick and the effect lasts longer than ordinary glass cleaners.

Instructions for use

• Work in the shade on a surface that is cool to the touch.
• Thoroughly wash the glass first, remove all loose contamination and grease, and dry.
• For best results and durability, polish the glass after washing and drying using the G8408 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Polishing Compound.
• After polishing, clean the glass of all polishing residues using G8224 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner.
• Shake the product well.
• Apply a small amount of sealant G8504 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant to the supplied applicator and apply to the glass.
• Cover the glass surface in sections with horizontal, slightly overlapping strokes.
• Work completely without pressure.
• Do not apply the product to surrounding rubber or plastic parts. If contact occurs, immediately wipe it off with a microfiber or cotton towel.
• Allow the product to dry for at least 10 minutes (depending on ambient conditions — temperature, humidity).
• Then apply a second layer with vertical, slightly overlapping strokes to achieve 100% coverage of the glass surface.
• Let the product dry for at least 10 minutes (depending on ambient conditions — temperature, humidity).
• Fill a bucket with warm water and soak a clean microfiber towel in it.
• Using the wet towel (you can lightly wring it out before use), remove the bulk of the sealant from the window surface.
• Wipe away remaining sealant and polish the glass to a clean finish with a second dry, clean microfiber towel.
