Meguiar’s DA Microfiber Cutting Disc is a professional 6" microfiber pad designed for use with DA polishers for automotive paint correction. Thanks to its proprietary microfiber construction, it removes light to medium paint defects (e.g. fine scratches, swirl marks or acid rain etching) without creating new circular scratches or holograms. The pad is reusable, washable and easy to attach via hook & loop, supporting an efficient and safe paint renovation process. The pack contains two pads, providing enough spares for a full job or use on multiple vehicles.

How to use

Ensure the vehicle is washed, dry and the paint is cool to the touch and out of direct sunlight.
Attach the pad to a suitable backing plate compatible with your DA polisher.
Apply correction compound to the pad or directly onto the paint panel.
Set the DA polisher to the recommended speed and work over a panel of approx. 50×50 cm — perform 1–2 passes with overlap.
After finishing the panel, remove residues with a microfiber towel and evaluate the result.
If final refining is needed, use a suitable finishing pad or wax.
After use, rinse the pad with lukewarm water, let it dry and it will be ready for the next use.
