Meguiar’s Correction Compound is a professional rubbing compound designed for fast and effective removal of light to moderate defects in automotive paint, such as fine scratches, acid rain marks or holograms. Thanks to advanced Super-Micro Abrasive Technology (SMAT), it can achieve a high gloss without using extremely aggressive methods. The compound formulation reduces dusting, prevents sling and significantly simplifies preparation and cleanup after surface correction. The product is ideal for use with dual action (DA) polishers in combination with microfiber pads, offering a safer alternative to rotary polishers.

How to use

Before application, the paint must be clean, dry and cool to the touch, out of direct sunlight.
Shake the bottle well and apply a small amount of compound either directly to the microfiber pad or to the paint panel.
Use a dual action polisher set according to the manufacturer's recommendations (for example, medium speed).
Work panel by panel: first two to three passes with moderate pressure, then two to three passes with lighter pressure until the paint looks even.
Clean the pad regularly from build-up and change pads between panels if necessary.
After finishing, remove residues with a clean microfiber towel and thoroughly buff the surface.
After use, protect the finish with a wax or sealant to lock in the result.
Store the product in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
