Hifonics expands its range with powerful under-seat subwoofers VULCAN VRX available in 20 and 25 cm sizes with an all-aluminum body. These subwoofers are attractive not only for their price but also for their high-quality construction and full features that Hifonics fans worldwide appreciate. Unlike many cheap under-seat subwoofers that often use budget amplifiers or cheap integrated circuits, both new models feature full Class A/B Mosfet output stages, which are very stable under load and always deliver sufficient power. With a maximum power of 250 W for the 8" (20 cm) model and 300 W for the 10" (25 cm) model, they effectively drive the special low-frequency drivers. The subwoofers also have extra strong membranes that withstand high pressure created in small acoustic enclosures by air compression. Standard bass membranes would crack under such conditions. Thanks to the adjustable low-pass filter, bass boost, switchable phase shift, and remote bass volume control, the connection to the system is nearly perfect. Both models also have a high-level input with automatic turn-on, allowing them to be connected to factory car radios without a cinch output.
