Helix HEC BT HD - DSP Ultra S

The BT HD expansion card adds Bluetooth® HD audio streaming capability to your product at up to 576 kb/s and 24-bit/48 kHz thanks to the BT 5.0 standard. Supported audio codecs are SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX HD. The board also features an optical digital SPDIF output.

High-resolution sound

Thanks to the Qualcomm® aptX™ HD audio codec, wireless and stable transmission of HD-quality audio is possible. Direct processing of digital signals from the BT HD module into the DSP without additional AD/DA conversion furthermore ensures lossless signal processing and thus unique audio performance.

Full control

HEC BT HD supports control commands such as play/pause, track forward/back, connect, pair and disconnect for a connected DSP remote control (e.g. CONDUCTOR and DIRECTOR). The DIRECTOR display also shows the current artist and title and the audio codec currently in use.
