Colourlock Repglue leather glue 20 ml

Very fine glue for detached fibers from cross-sections and punctures. Unlike conventional adhesives, Rep-Glue has no filling effect, which is important when repairing minor damages. Using Rep-Glue will save you a lot of time when repairing frayed fibers and edges.

Instructions for using Colourlock Repglue

• Before use, shake the contents of the bottle properly and carefully apply the glue with a brush under the detached edge or fibers.
• Wipe off excess glue and dry the repaired area with a heat gun.
• On the leather to be repaired, select a pattern sample with a similar structure to that of the surrounding area to be repaired and make an impression, heat the copy with the pattern impression with a heat gun and use the copy to push the detached fibers back to their original place.
• To ensure the durability of the repair made with Rep-Glue, the repaired area must be stabilized with Leather Color and Top Coat.
• If filler is required, then Leather Filler must be used in addition.
