First-rate Ewocar Hydro36 paint protection is a highly durable ceramic coating designed not only for professionals but also for detailing enthusiasts starting out. It shares the key properties of the more advanced EwocarPRO60 ceramic — 9H hardness, extreme hydrophobicity and gloss, chemical resistance from pH 2 to 12, and an even easier application in a single layer. The surface after applying Ewocar Hydro36 is noticeably smoother than with the PRO60 and there is no need to apply a second Boost layer. The main difference is the reduced protection period from 60 to 36 months, which still represents an above-standard long-lasting resistance.

How to use

• Never work in direct sunlight.
• First, thoroughly wash the car with a quality car shampoo.
• Always decontaminate the paint from iron fallout and tar.
• If necessary, perform mechanical decontamination using a clay bar (clay bar).
• You can read about the claying procedure in the article "Car waxing and its preparation".
• After claying, wash the car again with shampoo, rinse with water if needed and dry thoroughly.
• Ideally, polish the paint before application.
• After polishing, degrease the paint thoroughly, for example with Ewocar Degreaser Pre-coating Cleaner.
• Now the paint is ready for the ceramic coating application.
• Put on protective rubber gloves before application (protective rubber gloves).
• Apply the ceramic coating onto an applicator block fitted with an application cloth.
• Gently apply the ceramic coating to the vehicle’s paint using crosshatch motions.
• Apply the coating in sections, not to the whole car at once (e.g. a door or a quarter of the hood).
• Let it flash for 30 to 90 seconds, then buff off with a short-pile microfiber cloth (e.g. Ewocar Basic320).
• Use multiple cloths; for one car we recommend using up to four towels — it’s important each cloth is dry and clean to avoid defects.
• After application, ideally leave the car in a warm, dry place for 24 hours to allow the coating to cure.
• Protect the car from sun and dust.
• Do not wash the car for two weeks after application; rain does not harm the coating.
• Post-application maintenance is very simple — wash the vehicle with a quality shampoo, for example Carbon Collective Lusso 2.0.
