BMW 4 (F32) - Audison sound system with DSP processor

Sound system for the BMW 4 (F32) from the Italian manufacturer Audison, exceptional not only for its high-quality sound and high power but also for installation without the slightest intervention in the original electrical system. This is thanks to a sophisticated wiring system that ensures full integration with the factory head unit without cutting, soldering or running any new wires. Audison speakers and subwoofers have the same dimensions, shape, mounting and connectors as the factory speakers, so the whole solution is truly Plug & Play. You therefore cannot lose the warranty on a new car, the system can be removed at any time and everything returned to its original state, and installation time is also significantly shortened. This particular vehicle had only the basic audio system, which includes full-range speakers in the front doors and rear side and 165 mm paper subwoofers under the seats. A unique drawback is the absence of tweeters, which has a very negative impact on the final sound. The new source for the speakers is an eight-channel digital amplifier with an Audison DSP processor, which provides power for all speakers and subwoofers. The final phase of the installation is measuring the sound with a calibrated microphone and transferring the measurement results to the DSP processor software. Here we set the speaker layout, time delays based on speaker placement and a detailed equalizer. The result is a high-quality sound tuned specifically for the vehicle, which in quality and power significantly outperforms even the optional premium audio systems from Harmann Kardon or Bang & Olufsen.
