We have newly added the brand Musway to our assortment; over the last decade it has built a solid position on the European car audio market. In my view, Musway is an interesting brand that differs from established mainstream manufacturers in several respects. Its products show an emphasis on sound quality but also a willingness to introduce innovative solutions or items aimed at narrower groups of customers. An equally important trait across practically the entire range is exemplary build quality combined with an elegant, minimalist design. Musway thus proves that even a relatively young brand can succeed on today’s highly competitive market if it does things right. We believe Musway does things right, which is why we decided to include its products in our portfolio and became the official distributor of the Musway brand. 
Music is the Way. The story of the Musway brand
The name Musway itself was created from the words “Music is the Way”. This motto captures the brand's philosophy, which was shaped from the start by a group of experienced developers and enthusiasts of high-quality sound. Their goal was to create modern audio components that would offer not only modern technologies and excellent sonic properties but also a simple, timeless design. The first successes came with high-quality Hi-Res audio players, followed by the development of digital signal processors. A milestone came in 2015 when the first class-D amplifiers with integrated DSP were developed. Three years later they were introduced to a wider international audience and the brand began to receive its first significant awards. Cooperation with the German company Audio Design played an important role in its further development, thanks to which Musway gradually expanded its offering into a comprehensive portfolio of car audio products.
Modern technologies in the service of high-quality sound
Musway's philosophy is based on the conviction that contemporary technologies should primarily serve high-quality music reproduction. That is why the brand has long specialized in digital audio signal processing and the development of amplifiers with integrated DSP processors. Musway places extraordinary emphasis on the actual quality of the reproduced sound. Selected models therefore use top DSP chips from Analog Devices, high-quality Burr-Brown converters and carefully designed class-D amplifier circuits. The result is a combination of high efficiency, minimal size and a clean, natural sonic performance that will satisfy demanding listeners.
One fairly unusual trait of practically all Musway amplifiers is also worth mentioning. In independent tests they regularly achieve higher actual power than the manufacturer lists in the technical specifications. Musway thus goes somewhat against the usual trend in the car audio segment. Instead of attractive power figures on paper, it prefers to let measurement results speak. This approach, in our view, well reflects the brand's philosophy and its emphasis on honest technical parameters.
Precise craftsmanship and minimalist design
A characteristic feature of Musway products is also their appearance and construction quality. The brand follows the “Less is More” philosophy, which favors clean lines, simplicity and functional elegance over unnecessary design elements. The amplifiers stand out with well-made metal chassis, precise fitting of individual parts and thoughtful connector layouts. We like not only the product workmanship but also how they are presented. Quality and sturdy boxes with an elegant matte black finish and glossy photos give a premium impression at first glance. Attention to detail continues after opening the package, where you will find the prominent inscription “Created for you”, a quality control sticker and a carefully prepared user manual. These may seem like small things, but these details contribute to the overall impression of the product and the pleasant feeling of the purchase. The manufacturer could certainly do without them, as they add non-negligible cost. Given Musway's relatively affordable prices, these extras are a welcome bonus that underlines the brand's philosophy and its emphasis on quality.

DSP processors and amplifiers – the technological heart of Musway
DSP technology is one of Musway's greatest advantages. Its range includes standalone digital signal processors and, above all, multi-channel amplifiers with integrated DSP that allow the creation of complex audio systems with detailed tuning of individual speakers. From exceptionally compact models to powerful twelve-channel amplifiers, Musway offers solutions for simple factory upgrades as well as demanding active installations. Another advantage is sophisticated tuning software and wide integration options for modern cars.
An interesting specialty of Musway is also the way it handles wiring. Most DSP amplifiers are available in two variants. The standard version is supplied with a 2.5 m long MX-Connect™ wiring harness terminated with an ISO connector that enables easy plug & play installation without having to modify the vehicle's original wiring. The EVO version, on the other hand, uses a traditional harness with open conductors, which provides greater flexibility for custom installations. Customers can thus choose the version according to the specific wiring method and installation requirements.
Following the example of DSP leaders (Helix and Audison), Musway focuses on advanced expandability of its DSP devices through a rich selection of accessories. Besides a classic BT module it also offers the module BTA-HD for wireless music transmission in HiRes quality with aptX HD support. Even more interesting are the external controllers, especially the myCON model, awarded the prestigious EISA prize. This elegant controller impresses with a precisely crafted aluminum body, a rotary control ring and a high-resolution touch AMOLED display. In terms of workmanship, design and functional equipment, we consider it the best DSP controller on the current market.

An interesting newcomer is the extensive Micro series, which pushes amplifier miniaturization to a new level. Despite truly miniature dimensions, these models deliver surprisingly high power values that, as already mentioned, often surpass the manufacturer's declared figures in independent measurements. Thanks to their compact design they can be easily installed even in spaces with very limited room without significantly compromising power requirements.

The Musway speaker offering is also surprisingly extensive and includes several model series for different demands on sound quality and price. From the entry ME series through the more advanced MS, MQ and ML to the top MG series and the anniversary MAE edition, Musway offers a wide selection of component and coaxial speakers, including separate drivers for active systems. The anniversary MAE series deserves special attention. Based on our listening impressions, these are among the best-performing speakers in their price category in our offering, if not the best. An important part of the portfolio is also speakers designed specifically for certain cars, especially BMW and Mercedes-Benz, but also Volkswagen, Dacia or Tesla. These allow a significant improvement of factory audio while maintaining original mounting positions and often connectors. Notable are the premium systems for Mercedes-Benz, which impress with high-quality workmanship and advanced construction elements.

Musway thus again confirms its philosophy, which prefers quality and well-thought-out solutions over sheer sales volume. International recognition and prestigious EISA awards
Musway's product quality and technological sophistication have been noticed not only by us but also by the professional public and independent European car audio magazines. The brand regularly achieves excellent results in expert tests and its products have received numerous awards for sound quality, technical workmanship and innovative features. As early as 2018, the development of Musway's DSP amplifiers caught the attention of experts at the Automechanika trade fair, where the brand received an award for product innovation. This was followed by a series of Best Product and Product of the Year awards from the German magazine Car & Hifi, including for the M6, D8, EIGHT100 and M12 amplifiers and the MG6.3A speaker system. Significant international success was also achieved by the DSP amplifiers M6v4 and M4nano, which received the prestigious EISA award in the last two editions. These awards only confirm that Musway can successfully compete with established manufacturers and that its emphasis on sound quality, modern technology and precise workmanship brings real results.
