Amplifier with DSP Processor Nakamichi FDSK230A Pro
Nakamichi FDSK230A Pro is a compact 4-channel amplifier with an integrated DSP processor, combining powerful analog output with extensive digital settings. It offers 4 x 35 W RMS power and supports a variety of input signals – from RCA and high-level input to AUX and optical input, as well as built-in and external Bluetooth connectivity or USB music playback. This makes the device extremely flexible and easily integrable into both factory and aftermarket systems. All channels are also output as line RCA outputs, meaning the device can also be used as a standalone DSP processor – an ideal solution when combined with external amplifiers with higher power. For more comfortable control, an external Nakamichi AC6 controller can be purchased.

Integrated 8-Channel DSP Processor
Inside the device, we find quality components such as WIMA and ELNA capacitors, OPA1678 operational amplifiers, and Toshiba microchips operating in class AB. The DSP processor is based on the AK7735 chip from Asahi Kasei, with high-quality PCM3168 circuits handling the digital-to-analog conversion. The DSP offers a 31-band equalizer for each channel with 1 Hz resolution, time delay up to 25 ms, phase control, and a selection of professional crossover types like Butterworth, Bessel, or Linkwitz-Riley. The output signal is fully tunable, including gain and Q value settings. There is a stable and extensive software for tuning on a computer, as well as an intuitive mobile app for phone settings. With low distortion (≤0.05%) and high signal-to-noise ratio (≥98 dB), the resulting sound is precise and faithful, suitable even for demanding installations.

About Nakamichi
The history of the Nakamichi brand dates back to 1948 when it was founded in Japan by Etsuro Nakamichi. His journey to fulfill his dreams began with the establishment of the small research institute Nakamichi Research Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, which conducted research on sonars and magnets and developed for major brands, government entities, universities, and organizations. Since then, it has established itself as a trusted creator of high-quality products resulting from intense scientific work, a passion for sound, and a commitment to uncompromising quality and performance. In 1972, Takeshi Nakamichi joined Nakamichi Corporation, closely linked with the company's expansion and deeply involved in all legendary Nakamichi audio products sold in Asia, America, and Europe, including the first launch of the Nakamichi 1000, the world's first cassette deck. He was considered one of the world's best acoustic and sound engineers, able to combine top-notch sound with the advantages of Koza Kobayashi's brilliant audio product design, the brand's chief engineer at the time. The amplifiers, players, and car radios of that era are now considered legends, but the Nakamichi brand remains successful today, producing products in home and vehicle sound systems. The manufacturer's cleverly thought-out portfolio continues to grow, and all products catch attention with an interesting price-to-quality ratio. Particularly the higher model lines strive to build on Etsuro Nakamichi's legacy, whose name still reflects in the brand's products today.
