ADBL Roller Finish R 150 is a top-quality finishing polishing pad specially designed for use with rotary polishers. Thanks to its well-thought-out construction and high-quality foam, it works perfectly with all types of finishing polishing compounds.

During the development of this pad, emphasis was placed on safety and efficiency. The unique conical shape with a chamfered side provides excellent control over the polisher's movement and minimizes the risk of damaging paint on edges and in hard-to-reach areas. The larger diameter of the working surface compared to the hook-and-loop offers an additional safety barrier between the backing plate and the vehicle body.

The foam structure used stands out for its high resistance to wear and holds the polishing compound on the working surface very well, preventing excessive splatter. The 150 mm hook-and-loop diameter is intentionally slightly larger than the recommended backing plate, which significantly simplifies and speeds up fitting and removing the pad during intensive work. This detail will be appreciated by every detailer who needs to work smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

Instructions for use

• Regularly check the pad temperature during work, as excessive overheating significantly shortens its lifespan and damages the foam and adhesive.
• If the pad becomes too hot during polishing, stop and let it cool down naturally.
• Clean the pad regularly from polishing compound residues to maintain maximum polishing efficiency.
• To clean compound during work you can use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, keeping the polisher running at low speed and gently removing old compound with the brush.
• Alternatively, a clogged pad can be blown out with compressed air from a compressor while the polisher is running.
• After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash pads together with microfiber towels or cloths.
• After washing, do not put the pads in a tumble dryer; let them air dry laid flat with the working side down on a drying towel.
• For hand washing we recommend using the special cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable plastic box.
