The finishing polishing pad ADBL Roller Finish R represents the ideal choice for the final stage of paint correction and achieving maximum gloss. It is specially designed for use with rotary polishers and works excellently with all kinds of finishing compounds. In final paint polishing, details decide whether the result will be perfect or just average. This finishing pad is made from quality open-cell foam that ensures optimal air circulation and minimizes the risk of surface overheating. Precise workmanship guarantees stable performance throughout the job, appreciated by both professional detailers and enthusiastic amateurs seeking a perfect look for their car.
A unique feature of this pad is its conical shape with a chamfered side, which increases safety when working near edges and in hard-to-reach places. The larger working surface of 150 mm combined with the narrower 125 mm attachment to the backing plate provides control over the polisher and prevents unintended backing plate contact with the paint. The larger hook-and-loop overhang also facilitates and speeds up fitting and removal of the pad.
The pad effectively removes fine holograms, micro-scratches and traces from previous steps of sanding and polishing. It leaves the paint surface smooth, deep and ready for application of wax, sealant or ceramic protection. How to use
- Regularly check the pad temperature during work, as high temperatures significantly shorten its lifespan and damage the foam and adhesive.
- If overheating occurs, let the pad cool sufficiently before further polishing.
- Clean the pad frequently during polishing to prevent clogging with compound residues and loss of effectiveness.
- For dry cleaning use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
- Alternatively, blow out clogged compound using an air compressor with the polisher running.
- After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent; we recommend Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- Do not tumble-dry the pads; let them air-dry laid polishing side down on a drying towel.
- For hand washing without a machine use the special cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- Store pads in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable plastic box.
