Sound-absorbing material Vibrofiltr Grey Wave 15
Vibrofiltr Grey Wave 15 is a material based on dense polyurethane foam with a high noise absorption capacity. Thanks to its high flexibility it is ideal for complex relief surfaces such as plastic door panels and other interior plastics of the vehicle. In addition to excellent noise absorption properties the material also features a pronounced memory and shape effect, and is therefore suitable for application in confined spaces. The wavy surface of this shaped foam is capable of absorbing more noise than common foam material with a conventional surface. The extremely adhesive self-adhesive layer ensures effectiveness at -40 °C to +100 °C.

Where to apply
Vibrofiltr Grey Wave 15 is most commonly used to prevent squeaking of interior plastics while also soundproofing them. You can apply it especially to plastic door trims and trunk lids, but also to dashboard plastics or the center tunnel. Its advantage is also the excellent noise absorption capability, so it will also find use as a second layer on anti-vibration materials for roof soundproofing.Most common uses:
