As you may have already guessed from the name: the BASIC component systems are the perfect introduction to the world of HELIX COMPOSE and provide everything needed for an exceptional audio experience in your vehicle. All components match perfectly and form an ideal team with HELIX and MATCH amplifiers, ensuring maximum performance and output power under all conditions. In addition, especially clever mechanical technologies with a clear focus on safe connections are implemented in the BASIC tweeter, creating ideal conditions for professional integration.

High efficiency

HELIX COMPOSE means smart engineering — which is why it uses highly efficient 3 ohm technology that pairs perfectly with all HELIX and MATCH amplifiers. The result is a noticeable increase in efficiency and maximum acoustic pressure. Some models will also be available as optional 2 ohm variants, which provide absolutely maximum power and output of the respective speaker in combination with the matching amplifier.

Strong bass — always in place

In the BASIC range, the COMPOSE bass and midrange speaker combines high efficiency with excellent sound quality. A lightweight yet rigid polypropylene cone delivers outstanding acoustic performance, while the robust basket features additional ventilation for optimal cooling. The powerful magnet system ensures ideal impulse response and the soft polyurethane dust cap guarantees optimized frequency response in the upper midrange. Last but not least, the compact design is ideal for integration into tight spaces.

Highs with unique dynamics

Accurate highs are naturally essential when entering the HELIX COMPOSE sound world so that the musical experience is exciting in every respect. Accordingly, the BASIC tweeter uses a coated silk dome and a highly efficient neodymium magnet — the result: unique high-frequency dynamics and crystal-clear sound.

Optimally separated

The crossover features a four-step tweeter level control with a 12 dB slope for optimal adaptation to the installation position and integrated tweeter protection. In addition, extensive crossover tuning ensures the best possible distribution of the frequency spectrum and a harmonious sound image. Thanks to its compact construction, the crossover is perfectly suited for installation in confined spaces.

FlexMount20 — universal and vehicle-specific

FlexMount is a mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings that allows the installation of COMPOSE FlexMount speakers in almost unlimited numbers of vehicles. A universal tweeter thus effortlessly becomes a vehicle-specific tweeter, which can be easily installed into the vehicle’s original mounting location in an acoustically optimized way using the appropriate FlexMount20 adapter ring.
