ADBL Roller Cut R is a highly effective abrasive pad designed specifically for working with rotary polishers. This pad is characterized by the ability to work efficiently with all types of abrasive compounds, making it a versatile helper for paint correction. When removing deeper scratches and paint defects, choosing the right accessories is crucial. This abrasive pad is made from durable foam that retains its mechanical properties even under prolonged load. The unique conical shape with a chamfered edge not only increases cutting efficiency but also significantly contributes to safety when working near edges and folds of the bodywork.

One of the main benefits of this pad is the enlarged hook-and-loop backing area compared to the backing plate diameter. This design solution enables quick, precise and convenient centering and subsequent removal of the pad from the polisher. This minimizes the risk of damaging the hook-and-loop during careless handling and saves time during work.

Directions for use

Monitor the pad temperature during work, as overheating significantly shortens its service life.
If the pad heats up to a high temperature during polishing, let it cool down before further use.
Clean the pad regularly even during polishing to prevent loading with compound and loss of effectiveness.
For dry cleaning use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
You can also use compressed air from a compressor to blow out compound residues from the polishing surface.
After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
Never wash pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
For hand washing you can use a special pad cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
After washing, do not dry the pad in a dryer; let it dry naturally placed polishing surface down on a drying towel.
Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed plastic box.
