High-performance coarse-grain grinding paste designed for quick removal of deeper paint defects such as heavy scratches, sandpaper marks (up to P2000) and heavy oxidation. Koch Chemie H7.01 is ideal for use in professional paint shops and detailing environments where fast and effective results are required.

Main characteristics

• High cutting performance (cut: 7 out of 10).
• Silicone-free – ideal for paint shops.
• Easy work even during long polishing times.
• Suitable for all types of paint (including resistant and hard paints).
• Can be used with rotary and orbital polishers.

How to use

• Shake thoroughly before use.
• The surface must be clean and decontaminated before polishing.
• Apply Schleifpaste to the grinding wheel (hard white polishing wheel or medium-hard yellow wheel) and polish with crosswise movements at a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm.
• You can vary the polishing effect by adjusting the pressure, wheel type and speed.
• At the beginning of the grinding process, we recommend using higher pressure at lower speeds.
• In the next step, reduce the pressure and polish the surface using higher speeds.
• The last remnants of the paste can be easily removed with a microfibre cloth.
• Remove any film or paste residue with a degreaser.
