Cleaning and maintenance of rubber trays

Cleanliness and order in the car are not only pleasant aesthetically but also make transporting items safer. Dust and coarse dirt that settle in the tray over time can scratch the items being transported, so it is advisable to keep the tray clean and in good condition. We recommend cleaning the rubber tray at least once every two months; if you transport items frequently, clean it more often. Below is a simple method.

• First, vacuum the tray thoroughly (either in the car or outside).
• Alternatively, shake out the dirt outside in a suitable place.
• Vacuum the luggage compartment itself.
• Place the tray outside on a clean surface, or hang it on a wall or designated spot.
• It is desirable that the underside of the rubber tray remains clean.
• Then spray an all-purpose cleaner (for example Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner) and let it work for 1–2 minutes.
• If the tray is heavily soiled, use a brush (for example ADBL Ther Brush).
• Ideally, rinse off the dirt with a pressure washer and allow it to dry naturally.
• If pressure washing is not possible, use a long-pile microfiber cloth to wipe away the cleaner.
• Once clean and dry, return the rubber tray to the car.
