Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany, in the heart of Southern Moravia. During the production of car mats and rubber trays, which they produce according to their own patterns and designs, they always conduct strict inspections of each product. It is ingenious for transporting pets, garden items, construction materials, etc. The rubber trunk mat is custom-made for a specific car model, made from elastic rubber, and prevents the movement of transported items. A significant advantage of this rubber mat is the 1.5 cm high edge, which prevents the trunk from getting dirty in case of liquid spills. Cleaning and Maintenance of Rubber Mats
Cleanliness and order in the car are not only pleasant for aesthetics but also safer for everything you transport. Dust and coarse dirt that settle in the mat over time can scratch transported items, so it's good to keep the mat clean and in order. We recommend cleaning the rubber mat at least once every two months, but more often if you transport items frequently. Here's a simple way to do it.- First, vacuum the mat thoroughly. (Either in the car or outside.)
- Shake out the dirt outside in a designated and suitable place if needed.
- Vacuum the luggage compartment.
- Place the mat outside on a clean area, or hang it on a wall, or a designated place.
- It is desirable to keep the bottom side of the rubber mat clean.
- Then spray a universal cleaner and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
- If the mat is heavily soiled, use a brush.
- Ideally, rinse off the dirt using a pressure washer and let it air dry.
- If there is no option to rinse the mat with water pressure, use a microfiber cloth with long fibers and gradually wipe the cleaner off.
- You can then return the clean and dry rubber mat to the car.
