Rigum has patented their own carpet fixation system that keeps the mat in place. The rubber mat reliably protects the original carpet from various dirt. It's ideal for transporting pets, garden supplies, construction items, etc. The mat is custom-made for specific car models and is made from elastic rubber to prevent the movement of transported items. It ensures easy maintenance of the car's trunk space. The mat can be rolled up, making it very compact. A significant advantage of this rubber mat is the 1.5 cm high edge, which prevents the trunk from getting dirty in case of liquid spills. It features a non-slip layer, keeping transported items in place, so you don't have to rearrange or secure them in the trunk. For some vehicles, there is a distinction between mats for the upper or lower deck.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Rubber Mats
Maintaining cleanliness and order in your car is not just an aesthetic matter; it also ensures safety for everything you transport. Dust and coarse dirt accumulating over time in the mat can scratch your items, so it's important to keep the mat clean and tidy. We recommend cleaning the rubber mat at least once every two months, or more frequently if you often transport items. Here's a simple way to do it.- First, thoroughly vacuum the mat. (You can do this inside or outside the car.)
- If necessary, shake out the dirt in a designated and suitable area.
- Vacuum the luggage space itself.
- Place the mat outside on a clean surface or hang it on a wall or designated spot.
- It's important to keep the bottom side of the rubber mat clean.
- Next, spray a universal cleaner and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
- If the mat is heavily soiled, use a brush.
- Ideally, use a pressure washer to rinse off dirt and let it air dry.
- If a pressure washer is not available, use a microfiber cloth with long fibers and gradually wipe the cleaner off.
- Once clean and dry, you can return the rubber mat to the car.
