Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany, in the heart of South Moravia. They have extensive experience producing rubber and textile car mats, rubber trunk liners and other products. When producing car mats and rubber liners, which they make according to their own patterns and designs, they always perform strict inspections on every product. Rigum has a patented fixation system for car mats that keeps the mat securely in place. The rubber liner reliably protects the original carpet from various dirt. It's perfect, for example, for transporting pets, garden items, building materials, etc. The trunk liner is made precisely to fit a specific car model, is made of elastic rubber and prevents transported items from moving around. It ensures easy maintenance of the vehicle's luggage compartment. The liner can be rolled up, making it very compact. A great advantage of this rubber liner is the 1.5 cm high edge that prevents the trunk carpet from getting dirty in case of a liquid spill. The liner has a non-slip layer and keeps transported items in place so you no longer have to rearrange or secure them in the trunk. Cleaning and maintenance of rubber liners
Cleanliness and order in the car is not only an aesthetic pleasure, but also safer for everything you transport. Dust and coarse dirt that accumulate in the liner over time can scratch transported items, so it's good to keep the liner clean and in order. We therefore recommend cleaning the rubber liner at least once every two months, or more often if you frequently carry items. We'll show you a simple way to do it.- First, thoroughly vacuum the liner. (You can do this in the car or outside.)
- Alternatively, shake out the dirt outside in a suitable place.
- Vacuum the luggage compartment itself.
- Place the liner outside on a clean surface, or hang it on a wall or a designated spot.
- It is desirable that the underside of the rubber liner remains clean.
- Next, spray a universal cleaner, e.g. Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner and leave it for 1 to 2 minutes.
- If the liner is heavily soiled, use a brush, e.g. ADBL Ther Brush.
- Ideally, use a pressure washer to rinse off the dirt and let it air dry.
- If you cannot rinse the liner with a pressure washer, use a microfiber cloth with long pile and gradually wipe off the cleaner.
- Return the clean and dry rubber liner to the car.
