Cleaning and maintenance of rubber car mats

• First, vacuum the mats thoroughly. (Either in the car or outside.)
• Alternatively, shake the dirt out of the mats outside in a suitable place.
• Vacuum the car floor itself.
• Place the mats outside on a clean surface, or hang them on a wall or designated spot.
• It is desirable that the underside of the rubber mat remains clean.
• Then spray an all-purpose cleaner, e.g. Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner, gradually onto all mats and let it act for 1 to 2 minutes.
• If the mats are heavily soiled, use a brush, e.g. ADBL Ther Brush.
• Ideally, rinse off the dirt with a pressure washer and let the mats dry naturally.
• If you cannot rinse the mat with a pressure washer, use a microfiber cloth with long fibers and gradually wipe off the cleaner.
• Once clean and dry, you can return the rubber mats to the car.
