Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany, in the heart of South Moravia. They have extensive experience producing rubber and textile car mats, rubber trunk liners and other products. When producing car mats and rubber liners according to their own patterns and designs, they always carry out strict final inspections of each item. Rigum holds a patented mat fixation that keeps the mat firmly in place. The underside of the rubber mat features a non-slip layer, so the mat does not shift. Rubber mats perfectly protect the car’s original floor from water, snow, sand, salt and other dirt, not only in winter. Rubber car mats are made precisely to measure for a specific vehicle model and therefore fit that vehicle perfectly. Rigum rubber mats are made from an elastic rubber compound. A major advantage is the 1.5 cm high edge that prevents floor contamination and stops liquids from spilling beyond the mat. If the original car mats have attachment studs, Rigum mats include them as well.

Cleaning and maintenance of Rigum rubber car mats

• First, thoroughly vacuum the mats (either in the car or outside).
• If needed, shake out dirt from the mats outside in a suitable place.
• Vacuum the car floor as well — the carpet beneath.
• Place the mats outside on a clean surface, or hang them on a wall or a designated place.
• Ensure the underside of the rubber mat stays clean.
• Then spray a universal cleaner, e.g. Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner, onto all mats and let it work for 1–2 minutes.
• If the mats are heavily soiled, use a brush, e.g. ADBL Ther Brush.
• Ideally, use a pressure washer to rinse off dirt and allow the mats to air dry.
• If a pressure washer is not available, use a long-pile microfiber cloth to wipe off the cleaner.
• Once clean and dry, return the rubber mats to the car.
