Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany, in the heart of South Moravia. They have extensive experience producing rubber and textile car mats, rubber trunk liners and other products. When manufacturing car mats and rubber liners from their own patterns and designs, they always perform strict final quality checks on each product. Rigum has a patented fixation system for car mats that keeps the mat securely in place. The underside of the rubber mat has a non-slip layer, so the mat does not shift. Rubber mats perfectly protect the original car floor from water, snow, sand, salt and other dirt, not only in winter. Rubber car mats are made precisely to fit the specific car model and therefore fit perfectly into that vehicle. Rigum rubber mats are made from elastic rubber. A major advantage is the 1.5 cm high rim, which prevents floor contamination and liquid spillage outside the mat. If the original car mats have attachments for fastening, Rigum mats include them as well.

Cleaning and maintenance of Rigum rubber car mats
Cleanliness and order in the car are not only a pleasant aesthetic matter but also a safety issue. Dust and coarse dirt that settle on the mat over time cause dust to circulate in the interior, which you constantly breathe in. (Foot movement while driving stirs up dust.) Even worse, an accumulation of coarse dirt increases the risk of the shoe slipping, especially if your footwear is wet. Therefore we recommend cleaning rubber car mats at least once a month, and more often if you drive daily. Here's a simple procedure:- First, thoroughly vacuum the mats. (Either inside the car or outside.)
- Alternatively, shake the dirt out of the mats outdoors in a suitable place.
- Vacuum the car floor itself - the carpet.
- Place the mats outside on a clean surface, or hang them on a wall or a designated spot.
- It is desirable that the underside of the rubber mat remains clean.
- Then spray an all-purpose cleaner, e.g. Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner onto all mats and let it act for 1 to 2 minutes.
- If the mats are heavily soiled, use a brush, e.g. ADBL Ther Brush.
- Ideally, use a pressure washer to rinse off the dirt and let the mats dry naturally.
- If you cannot rinse the mat with a pressure washer, use a microfiber cloth with long fibers and gradually wipe off the cleaner.
- Return the clean and dry rubber mats to the car.
