Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany, in the heart of South Moravia. They have extensive experience producing rubber and textile car mats, rubber trunk liners and other products. When manufacturing car mats and rubber liners—produced according to their own patterns and designs—they always perform strict final inspections of each product. Rigum has a patented mat fixation system that keeps the mat securely in place. The underside of the rubber mat has a non-slip layer, so the mat does not shift. Rubber mats perfectly protect the car’s original floor from water, snow, sand, salt and other dirt, not only in winter. The rubber car mats are made exactly to measure for a specific car model and therefore fit that model perfectly. Rigum rubber mats are made from elastic rubber. A major advantage is the 1.5 cm high rim that prevents the floor from getting dirty and stops liquids from spilling over the mat. If the original car mats have retention clips, Rigum mats include them as well.

Cleaning and maintenance of Rigum rubber car mats

• First, vacuum the mats thoroughly. (Either inside the car or outside.)
• Alternatively, shake the dirt out of the mats outside in a suitable place.
• Vacuum the car’s bare floor after removing the mat.
• Place the mats outside on a clean surface or hang them on a wall or a designated spot.
• It is desirable that the underside of the rubber mat remains clean.
• Then spray a universal cleaner, e.g. Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner, progressively onto all mats and let it work for 1 to 2 minutes.
• If the mats are heavily soiled, use a brush, e.g. ADBL Ther Brush.
• Ideally, rinse off the dirt with a pressure washer and let the mats dry naturally.
• If you cannot rinse the mat with a pressure washer, use a long-pile microfiber cloth and wipe the cleaner away gradually.
• Clean and dry rubber mats can be returned to the car.
