Rigum rubber trunk liner for Dongfeng Mage (2023->)
Rigum is a traditional Czech manufacturer based in Dubňany, in the heart of South Moravia. They have extensive experience producing rubber and textile car mats, rubber trunk liners and other products. When manufacturing car mats and rubber liners from their own patterns and designs, they always perform strict quality checks on each item. Rigum has a patented fixation system for car mats that keeps the mat securely in place. The rubber liner reliably protects the original carpet from various dirt. It is ideal, for example, for transporting pets, garden items, building materials, etc. The trunk liner is made precisely to fit the specific car model, is made from elastic rubber and prevents transported items from moving on their own. It guarantees easy maintenance of the vehicle's cargo area. The liner can be rolled up and is therefore very compact. A major advantage of this rubber liner is the 1.5 cm high rim, which prevents the trunk from getting dirty in case of a liquid spill. The liner has a non-slip surface and holds transported items in place, so you no longer need to rearrange or secure them in the trunk. Cleaning and maintenance of rubber liners
Cleanliness and order in the car are not only an aesthetic matter but also safer for everything you transport. Dust and coarse dirt that settle in the liner over time can scratch transported items, so it's good to keep the liner clean and in good condition. We therefore recommend cleaning the rubber liner at least once every two months, and more often if you frequently transport items. Here's a simple way to do it.- First, thoroughly vacuum the liner. (Either inside the car or outside.)
- Alternatively, shake the dirt out outdoors in a suitable place.
- Vacuum the luggage compartment itself.
- Place the liner outside on a clean surface, or hang it on a wall or a designated spot.
- It is desirable that the underside of the rubber liner remains clean.
- Then spray an all-purpose cleaner, e.g. Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out All Purpose Cleaner and let it act for 1 to 2 minutes.
- If the liner is heavily soiled, use a brush, e.g. ADBL Ther Brush.
- Ideally, use a pressure washer to rinse off the dirt and let it dry naturally.
- If you cannot rinse the liner with a pressure washer, use a microfiber cloth with long fibers and gradually wipe off the cleaner.
- Return the clean and dry rubber liner to the car.
