Ceramic fabric impregnation for boats Gyeon Q2R FabricCoat

Gyeon Q²R FabricCoat is the first fully functional textile protection containing SiO₂ that can be used on all external and internal fabrics on any marine vessel. It creates a durable and strong protection against UV radiation, discoloration and everyday dirt. Q²R FabricCoat forms a strong invisible layer that protects fabrics not only from dirt and liquids but also from harmful UV rays that can cause fading with prolonged sun exposure. With proper coverage during application and excellent protection for up to 12 months, Q²R FabricCoat offers a top technological solution for your fabrics and textiles. Q²R FabricCoat helps keep these surfaces cleaner for longer and also makes them easier to clean, whether inside or outside. This impregnation is super-hydrophobic, repelling water and liquids from fabrics and textiles.

How to use

Gyeon Q²R FabricCoat should be applied only to a clean and completely dry surface.
Clean the textile or fabric surface with a suitable cleaner (e.g. Gyeon Q²M APC).
Cover or tape the surfaces around the treated fabric to prevent hard-to-remove stains.
Always put on protective rubber gloves before application — health and safety first!
Spray a fine mist onto the cleaned, dry surface.
After spraying, always work the product in with a brush Gyeon Q²M LeatherBrush or with your palm while wearing a nitrile glove. The key is an even application.
Be careful with dosing. Two thin coats are much more effective than one thick coat.
The product requires a quick drying process, so avoid slowing it down by applying too much at once.
Do not touch the fabric after application and allow it to dry for at least 6 hours; then you can use everything without restriction.
