PowerBass is proud to introduce the newest line of mini amplifiers, the Xtreme Mini Amplifier (XMA). As today's vehicles change, it is often a challenge to find a place in the car for a large amplifier with high power. The new XMA amplifiers are ideal for installations in small spaces, allowing this series to be placed in places where other amplifiers cannot reach. XMA amps continue the tradition of looking good and sounding great while taking up less space than any other amp. The highly efficient FRD (Full Range Digital) technology allows these amplifiers to operate with an efficiency significantly higher than 85%. Limited space for the new PowerBass XMA amplifiers no longer means sacrificing great sound. The XMA series represents the latest in class D amplifier technology. It uses the new IR® (International Rectifier) platform, which has been in development for several years. IR®, a leading manufacturer of PWM circuits, worked with engineers from PowerBass to create a more stable output power, minimal interference and improved sound quality. The benefits of this joint effort are numerous and include improved temperature, frequency, voltage regulation, and amplifier performance capabilities. The result is a comprehensively improved product for the user that will provide years of listening pleasure.
