Gyeon Q²M Compound is an abrasive compound with very low dusting that delivers excellent performance when removing heavier scratches. The correct polishing technique combined with an eccentric polisher also allows Q²M Compound to be used as a one-step polish! Q²M Compound is water-based and contains high-quality Japanese abrasives that enable superb polishing results. It contains no silicones or fillers that would mask the real condition of the paint.

How to use

• Before machine polishing, thoroughly decontaminate and dry the surface.
• Always use a pad suitable for the chosen compound; here we recommend, for example, the polishing pad Gyeon Q²M Eccentric Cut.
• Shake the bottle and apply a small amount of compound to the polishing pad.
• For one-step polishing, use Gyeon Q²M Eccentric Polish pads.
• Using Gyeon Q²M Eccentric Polish pads will remove a larger amount of scratches and deliver excellent gloss.
• Work on an area of about 50 x 50 cm.
• Use the cross-coating method (polish in a crisscross pattern).
• Start the polishing process with more pressure and gradually reduce the pressure.
• When cutting paint, use slightly higher polisher speeds.
• Every paint is different, so you may need to test which pressure and polisher speed are optimal for a given car.
• Once polishing is complete, remove all compound residues with a microfiber cloth using the paint cleaner Gyeon Q²M Prep.
• If you are not satisfied with the result, you can repeat polishing on the panel until the paint is free of scratches.
• Polished paint may have a surface with fine holograms (a very light haze), which can be easily removed with the finishing compound Gyeon Q²M Polish.
