This second-generation polishing pad comes with an improved Centriforce design that significantly increases the efficiency of machine polishing. The conical opening in the center of the pad not only serves to dissipate heat but also creates a centrifugal force that returns excess polishing compound from the edges back to the working surface during rotation. This minimizes material waste and ensures consistent cutting performance throughout the job.

How to use

• Center the polishing pad precisely on a 125 mm backing plate.
• Apply an appropriate amount of polishing compound directly to the working surface of the pad.

• During work, regularly clean the pad from compound residues using compressed air or a suitable brush.
• After finishing, wash the pad at 30 - 40 °C in a liquid detergent or a special microfiber cleaner; do not use fabric softener.
• Let it air dry.
• Proper maintenance significantly extends its lifespan and preserves polishing performance.
• After finishing, it is important to clean the polishing pad as soon as possible so that residues of polishing compound do not dry inside it.
