The ADBL Roller D09125-01 is a compact and lightweight random orbital polisher designed for easy polishing of hard-to-reach areas on a vehicle's bodywork. This model stands out with an exceptionally short head and a solid, compact body, which allows the user to safely and comfortably maneuver even in very confined spaces. Traditional large polishers often fail on intricate parts of the bodywork where there is a risk of damaging adjacent components. With this polisher you gain full control over every detail and can easily achieve an even result without unnecessary effort.

The heart of the machine is a powerful motor with effective speed stabilization that maintains stable performance even under higher loads. The electronic speed control system in the range of 2000 to 6400 revolutions per minute allows flexible adjustment for different polishing stages. The device is well suited for working with polishing pads, compounds, cleaners and AIO products.

For maximum user comfort the polisher is equipped with a Soft Start function that ensures a smooth start without unwanted splattering of polishing compound. The long and flexible 5-meter power cable provides plenty of freedom of movement around the whole vehicle without the need to constantly move an extension lead. The ergonomic design minimizes vibration and hand fatigue even during prolonged work.

How to use

• Before starting work thoroughly wash, decontaminate and degrease the paint surface.
• Select a suitable polishing pad of 125 mm diameter and an appropriate compound, cleaner or AIO product.
• Secure the pad centrally on the polisher's backing plate.
• Apply an appropriate amount of product to the polishing pad.
• Place the pad on the body surface and turn the polisher on at the lowest speed to spread the product.
• Increase the speed as needed and work with cross motions on an area of approximately 40x40 cm.
• Do not apply excessive force to the machine during work and let the polisher's throw do the work.
• After finishing a section wipe off residue with a microfiber cloth and check the result.
