The Liquid Elements microfiber polishing pad is an effective solution for removing deep scratches and pronounced paint defects. It is specially designed for use with orbital polishers, providing high material removal. When combined with a heavily abrasive polishing compound, it achieves optimal paint correction results.

This microfiber pad stands out for its high abrasive capability, which is key for fast and effective removal of paint damage. The special microfiber structure allows even distribution of the polishing compound and its effective work-in to the surface. Thanks to this, it can handle deeper defects, sanding marks, or heavy oxidation of the bodywork.

The pad's construction is optimized for use with orbital polishers. The 20 mm thickness ensures good controllability and stable power transfer from the polisher to the paint surface, contributing to more comfortable work with minimal vibration. The materials used, combining polyester and polyamide, guarantee durability and a long service life even with repeated use.

For optimal results, it is recommended to combine the pad with highly abrasive polishing compounds (heavy cut). After completing the aggressive polishing step with this microfiber pad, it is generally advisable to finish the surface with a softer foam pad to achieve a high gloss without holograms.

How to use

Firmly center the pad on the backing plate of an orbital polisher with a diameter of 150 mm.
Apply an appropriate amount of highly abrasive polishing compound to the microfiber surface of the pad.
Work on smaller sections of the body with light pressure and a suitable polisher speed.
During use, regularly clean the pad with compressed air or a suitable brush to prevent the fibers from clogging with compound.
After use, wash the pad at 30 - 40 degrees in a liquid detergent or a special microfiber cleaner; do not use fabric softener.
Allow to air dry.
Proper maintenance significantly extends its service life and preserves polishing performance.
After finishing work, it is important to clean the polishing pad as soon as possible so that residues of polishing compound do not dry in it.
