A highly effective microfiber polishing pad designed for fast and efficient removal of deep scratches and paint defects. Thanks to its specific construction it achieves high abrasiveness while maintaining excellent control over the polishing process. It is an ideal choice for demanding paint corrections using eccentric polishing machines.

This microfiber pad is an effective tool for strong paint correction that requires high material removal. The special microfiber structure efficiently transfers the cutting power of the polishing compound to the body surface, significantly reducing the time needed to remove heavy defects such as deep scratches, heavy oxidation or sanding marks. The pad is designed to minimize heat generation and ensure stable performance throughout the work.

You will achieve optimal results when used in combination with dual-action (eccentric) polishers for which this pad was specifically developed. It shows the best synergy when paired with highly abrasive (heavy cut) polishing compounds. With a thickness of 20 mm, the pad provides great feedback and allows precise guidance of the polisher even on more complex shaped parts of the body.

Thanks to the quality material composition combining polyester and polyamide, the pad features long durability and resistance to wear. Návod jak používat

Carefully and evenly center the pad on a 125 mm polisher backing pad.
Apply an appropriate amount of highly abrasive polishing compound to the microfiber surface.
Before starting the machine, gently spread the compound over the area to be polished.
Polish using a dual-action polisher with medium pressure and appropriate speeds.
During work, regularly clean the pad with compressed air or a detailing brush.
After finishing, wash the pad at 30 - 40 degrees in liquid detergent or a special microfiber cleaner; do not use fabric softener.
Allow to air dry.
Proper maintenance significantly extends its lifespan and preserves polishing performance.
After finishing work it is important to clean the polishing pad as soon as possible so that compound residues do not dry in it.
