Meguiar’s Mirror Glaze Ultra Cut Compound is a high-performance correction compound designed for professional paint restoration. Thanks to its exclusive super-microabrasive technology, it can very quickly remove sanding marks from 1200 grit and finer, deeper scratches, acid rain spots, and pronounced holograms. Despite its high abrasiveness, it leaves an exceptionally clean, smooth and highly glossy surface ready for waxing or further final treatment. It is safe for all gloss paints including clear coats and can be applied by hand, with an orbital (DA) polisher or a rotary polisher.

How to use

Ensure the vehicle surface is thoroughly washed, dry, cool and out of direct sunlight.
Shake the product bottle well before use.
Apply a small amount of compound to the polishing pad (e.g. foam, wool or microfiber) or directly onto the paint panel.
If using a rotary polisher, set the recommended RPM (e.g. 1500–2000 RPM); if using an orbital (DA) polisher, set the appropriate speed according to the polisher manufacturer’s instructions.
Work panel by panel (e.g. 50×50 cm) – first 2–3 passes with moderate pressure, then 2–3 passes with lighter pressure until the surface is even and sanding marks or holograms are no longer visible.
Immediately after polishing each panel, wipe away residue with a clean microfiber towel and assess the result.
After correction, it is recommended to apply a final polishing compound to achieve maximum gloss and then a protective wax or sealant.
After use, close the product tightly, store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.
