Meguiar’s Professional Polishing Foam Pad are premium foam polishing pads designed for polishing and light correction of paint. These pads effectively remove light to medium paint defects such as fine scratches, oxidation, holograms and acid rain marks while leaving the surface smooth and highly glossy without introducing new defects. Advanced foam technology provides even pressure and stable performance. The pads are compatible with rotary and orbital polishers or a drill adapter and are reusable thanks to being washable after use.

How to use
- Ensure the paint is thoroughly washed, decontaminated and free of grease.
- The surface must be clean and dry to make correction as effective as possible.
- Attach the foam correction pad to the backing plate of a rotary or orbital polisher of the appropriate size.
- Check that the pad is properly centered.
- Apply a small amount of compound directly to the pad or to the area of paint being treated.
- Work in small sections (approx. 30–50 cm).
- Keep the polisher constantly moving and apply even pressure.
- Avoid staying in one place too long to prevent overheating the paint.
- After finishing a section, remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth and check the result.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
- After use, clean the pad thoroughly and let it dry before next use.
- For maximum gloss, we recommend following up with a finer polishing pad and a final polishing compound.
